 This has been our first Thanksgiving without any extended family. Well we did invited a friend from Will's school and he is kinda related to us, but I mean any family that we would normally spend Thanksgiving with.  It was different, but I liked it.  I didn't have to cook all day, or worry so much about my house being super clean.  And the beauty of not having family around was that the kids stepped in and helped make the food.  Jaran put together the veggies and dip.  Eliza helped make the frog's eye salad.  Annie made the fruit dip, and of course Will made the pies. 

We were fortunate to have a gift card to Honey Baked Ham, so we got a small ham and turkey breast.  YUM!  They were soooooo good and I didn't have to cook them which was so nice. Thanks Jess & Ann!

 Happy Thanksgiving from our home to yours!

We missed having everyone around, but it was kinda nice to

 just be able to chill in our home and enjoy each others company.
