Will's "White Coat Ceremony" was a few months ago
Doesn't he just glow?
This was a proud moment for both of us.
I'm sure our parents feel the same.
The event was held at the Bellevue Baptist Church just a quick walk from the school.
Almost Will's turn to go up!
They had just called his name.
Signing the Honor Code and Oath thing.
He got to shake the President's hand.
So proud of you!!!!!
Doesn't he look dashing in that white coat?
Can you find him?
The white coat ceremony at Southern College of Optometry happens just a month after the first year students have started school. It is a nice way to welcome all the students and formalized the beginning of their studies. But the white coat is also an important tool that they begin to use in their studies. It hold many of the tools, charts, and little things they use during an eye exam. It becomes an important part of their practical experience and also makes them look sharp.
Here's to the making of Dr. Price!
