A few Weeks ago we went on a date to Masa Sushi in Gilbert. It was so yummy! After coming home empty handed, the kids were disappointed. The next day I got the Family Fun magazine and it had an easy recipe for California rolls.
I had to pick up a few special ingredients, and surprisingly Wal-Mart had them all except the bamboo rolling mat which I found at an Asian grocery store. the kids all helped rolling the sushi and even ate some too. Jaran loves new foods, but my girls . . . not so much, so that's saying a lot.
And I've got to say it was just as good as the stuff at the restaurant. Now, if I could only add a little variety. Yum!
