10 years ago I slept alone in our new 1 bedroom apartment.
Today (last night) I slept in a warm bed with my love.

10 years ago I woke up at 6 am to go to breakfast with Will at JB's. I don't remember what we ate, but I do remember the waiter had a potty mouth.
Today, I woke up at 6:10 an hit the alarm about 4 times before getting up to shower. Then we were pleasantly surprised by our kids who made breakfast for us. How sweet!

10 years ago, I spent about 1 hour doing my hair, while Will went for an early morning swim.
Today, I spent about 1 minute doing my hair, and it is about 37 degrees outside.

10 years ago I went to the temple with Will.
Today I am going to Nani's parent teacher conference.

10 years ago we were surrounded by friends and family.
Today we are surrounded by our kids.

10 years ago, we forgot our rings. They were in my bag in the bride's room.
Today, I am still forgetful. Now where are my keys?

10 years ago, we were married to each other for time and all eternity.
Today, we celebrate the covenants & commitments that we made.

10 years ago we ate lunch at the Lincoln Ward Building with about 15 other people.
Today, we'll be eating leftover potato soup.

10 years ago we got on a plane to San Diego.
Today, we will get in our '91 Toyota Previa and hit the town.

10 years ago I spent the day with Will.
Today I will spend it with the kids (no school), folding laundry and playing games. Will is spending the day taking a Biology test.

10 years ago Will had more curls, and I had long locks.
Today, my hair is short, and his is thining.

10 years ago we ordered a pizza to be delivered to our hotel room. It never came.
Tonight, we will not starve. Haven't quite decided where to go, but we will stop at Red Mango for some awesome frozen yogurt.

10 years ago, we left BYU without plans of returning.
Today, we are here again sometimes wishing we could stay.

10 years ago we were affectionate.
Today we still are.

10 years ago I was 21 and he was 22.
Today I am 29 and Will is 32.

10 years ago, I didn't have a worry in the world.
Today, after many trials and tears, we are stronger than ever before.

10 years ago, I married my best friend.
Today he still is.

Forgot to say that it took me a second when it came to ages...I actually looked at that and thought about it for a few seconds - wondering why that just didn't seem quite right (I even did the math) - and then it made me laugh! I have a friend who's b-day's right next to mine and we've been celebrating our 21st b-days together for a few years now. :)

I was momentarily confused at the age thing... I thought "I think she added wrong..." Then... I got it. I'm a little slow these day, that's what two kids has done to me!

Great post! I loved all the comparisons. Good idea for a future post - we hit 7 years next month. ☺
