Our non-traditional Easter feast

So I wanted to do something different for Easter. I found a great idea from a friend of a friends blog, and I liked it. We ate foods that might have been eaten at the time of Christ. There were dates, figs, couscous, grapes, olives, honeycomb, goat cheese, pita bread, fish (salmon), grilled chicken (ok, so I could only take it so far with Will), and some Martinellis sparkling grape juice. I thought it was alot of fun, and the kids loved it to, and Will humored it (thanks sweetie!). To make it even more special, my Dad and his friend CC joined us for dinner. Happy Late Easter!

We had a more traditional meal like this last year at a friend's house. It was a lot of fun! Way to go!
