Follow the Prophet

So the song that Nani sang in the video below was "Follow the Prophet". How appropriate it is. After we found out about his passing, my thoughts went to his immediate family. But then I thought, the entire church is his family and we are all mourning to a certain extent. This picture sits among those of our family. It was taken by Will's supervisor at the Provo Temple laundry when he worked there years ago. She gave it as a gift to all those that worked there.

Here is a quote that I recently found in the Ensign by President Hinckley. I have it hanging in my bathroom so that I can read it every day.

President Gordon B. Hinckley stated in the program for Sister Marjorie Hinckley’s funeral:
“It isn’t as bad as you sometimes think it is. It all works out. Don’t worry. I say that to myself every morning. It will all work out. Put your trust in God, and move forward with faith and confidence in the future. The Lord will not forsake us. He will not forsake us. If we will put our trust in Him, if we will pray to Him, if we will live worthy of His blessings, He will hear our prayers.”
