Pioneer Spirit

We have a certain affinity to the 24th of July also known as Pioneer Day. When we left AZ, we left on July 23rd and then arrived in Utah on July 24th. So we consider it our holiday, and consider ourselves pioneers of sorts. You know, leaving being a comfortable home and loving family and moving away to the unknown.

So this Pioneer Day we got up early and put on our pioneer duds to go and celebrate with our ward.

Our last minute pioneer covered wagon decor.

Eliza went for the more cowgirl-ish style.

Jaran's white shirt is no longer white.

He crashed his bike during the children's parade.

Poor kid had road rash on his face for a week.

Will even wore some pioneer clothes, and had BYU spirit too!
