
Will picked up this flyer on campus with a link to the stress management lab at BYU. They have lots of different techniques to listen to like breathing, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, etc. Sounds like fun. I think I will turn it on later after the kids go to bed. ENJOY!

oooh, yes, we are deifantely doing this tonight....hopefully it will protect my children from their mother lately!
